Private Property: the Curse of Vincent Banks is Dixon Films and Entertainment first film and yes we are excited! This film is a 100% throwback to cheesy slasher films from the late 70's. Production is slated to begin mid to late September 2015!

Four college friends go on a camping trip to escape the hustle and bustle of college life. While searching for the perfect spot to set up camp, they get lost. Our main male lead Will Stratton is unaware of his family curse. 100 years prior his great grandfather had been involved in the brutal murder and torture of the Banks family. When Benjamin Stratton killed Vincent Banks a curse was created and story says that in Vince's last breathe he vowed to kill all with the last name Stratton, to once and for all kill the bloodline that killed his. Now when Will and company gets lost in the woods of Old Carling, Will activates the curse we he steps foot on the site of the gruesome murders 100 years ago. Now lost and being hunted by a vicious deranged killer, Will and his friends must find a way to escape the woods before Vince or the harsh elements of mother nature.
This is a very, very small budget production and it is non union and non paying. Upon completion of the film it will be sent out to film festivals all over the world!

Some cast roles:
Will Stratton: Our main male lead. Athletic build and very contemporary in style. Would do anything for his friends including facing his fears. ROLE FILLED
Lindsay Taylor: The Female lead. Girl next door look. Very approachable and understanding. Long golden hair and fit and outdoorsy. Puts everyone's needs above her own. Likes to stay trendy with what's in style. ROLE FILLED!
Peter Foster: Supporting role. Jock type with a comedic sense of timing. Very instrumental in hooking up Will with Lindsay and wants to see his "bro" be happy. Tries to live out fantasies thru Will. Dresses sporty. ROLE FILLED
Angel Williams: Supporting female role. A little bigger build and is goth in style. Dresses in all black with little understanding of the woods. Hate the outdoors. Girlfriend of Peter and best friend to Lindsay. Acts like she cares for her friends but would bail if it benefited her.
Vincent Banks:(Very minimal speaking) Our lead killer. A man hell bent on killing all those who trespass on his family's place of eternal rest. Built for destruction. Dresses in traditional 1800's clothing. ROLE FILLED!
Sara Taylor: Very small role. Sister to Lindsay and was found with Will's sister, Tiffany in the woods. Looks up to her sister for guidance and leadership. Dresses like a trendy popular teenager
Tiffany Stratton: Small Role. Sister to Will found in the woods with Sara. Queen bee at school, the perfect princess with the popular high school quarter back boyfriend. Yet stays true to her values.
Cop- 25-35 male
Mrs. Taylor: 40-50, Lindsay's mom very good natured.
Mr. Taylor: 40-50, Lindsay's dad. A bit of a goof ball
